使用 67Bird（下稱「本應用程式」）即表示您同意以下使用條款。本應用程式由 LW Group Limited（啦喂集團有限公司） 開發，香港公司。
1. 接受條款
下載或使用本應用程式，即代表您同意受本條款約束。如您不同意，請勿使用本應用程式。
2. 服務描述
67Bird 是一款結合手勢偵測及遊戲的娛樂應用程式，提供以下功能：
- 67 手勢計數挑戰（限時 20 秒、60 秒及耐力模式）
- 67 Flappy Bird 手勢控制及點按模式遊戲
- 全球排行榜
- 成績分享功能
3. 用戶帳戶
您可選擇以 Google 或 Apple 帳戶登入以加入排行榜。您需確保：
- 您的用戶名稱不得包含冒犯性、歧視性或誤導性內容
- 您對帳戶活動負全責
- 一個用戶只可擁有一個帳戶
我們保留在不另行通知的情況下暫停或終止違規帳戶的權利。
4. 應用程式內購買
本應用程式提供「移除廣告」一次性應用程式內購買（USD $1.99）。
- 所有購買均透過 Apple App Store 或 Google Play Store 處理
- 購買完成後，廣告將從所有裝置上的帳戶中永久移除
- 退款請求須通過 Apple 或 Google 的退款政策處理
5. 知識產權
本應用程式的所有內容，包括但不限於設計、圖像、遊戲機制、67Bird 角色及品牌元素，均為 LW Group Limited 的財產，受版權法保護。
未經明確書面許可，您不得複製、修改、分發或以商業方式使用本應用程式的任何內容。
6. 用戶行為
您同意不會：
- 使用任何作弊軟件、機器人或自動化工具操控排行榜分數
- 逆向工程、反編譯或試圖提取本應用程式的源代碼
- 使用本應用程式從事任何違法活動
- 上傳含有騷擾、仇恨或不當內容的用戶名稱
7. 相機使用
本應用程式在手勢模式下需存取前置相機。您授予本應用程式在使用期間存取相機的權限，僅用於手腕動作偵測。相機影像絕不會離開您的裝置。
8. 免責聲明
本應用程式按「現狀」提供，不附帶任何明示或默示的保證。我們不對以下情況承擔責任：
- 服務中斷或數據丟失
- 排行榜數據的準確性
- 因使用本應用程式造成的任何直接或間接損失
9. 服務變更及終止
我們保留隨時修改、暫停或終止本應用程式或任何功能的權利，恕不另行通知。對於免費功能，我們不對任何此類變更承擔責任。
10. 適用法律
本條款受香港特別行政區法律管轄，任何爭議應提交香港法院解決。
11. 條款更新
我們可能不時更新本條款。繼續使用本應用程式即表示您接受更新後的條款。

By using 67Bird ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. The App is developed by LW Group Limited, a company incorporated in Hong Kong.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
2. Description of Service
67Bird is an entertainment app combining gesture detection and games, offering:
- 67 gesture counting challenges (20s, 60s and Endurance modes)
- 67 Flappy Bird with gesture and tap control modes
- Global leaderboards
- Score sharing functionality
3. User Accounts
You may optionally sign in with Google or Apple to join the leaderboard. You agree to:
- Ensure your username does not contain offensive, discriminatory, or misleading content
- Take full responsibility for all activity on your account
- Maintain only one account per person
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms without prior notice.
4. In-App Purchases
The App offers a one-time "Remove Ads" in-app purchase (USD $1.99).
- All purchases are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store
- Upon purchase, ads are permanently removed from the account across all devices
- Refund requests must be handled through Apple's or Google's refund policies
5. Intellectual Property
All content in the App, including but not limited to design, graphics, game mechanics, the 67Bird character, and brand elements, are the property of LW Group Limited and are protected by copyright law.
You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or commercially exploit any content from the App without explicit written permission.
6. User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use cheating software, bots, or automated tools to manipulate leaderboard scores
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the App's source code
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose
- Submit usernames containing harassing, hateful, or inappropriate content
7. Camera Usage
The App requires front camera access in gesture mode. You grant the App permission to access the camera during use, solely for wrist movement detection. Camera footage never leaves your device.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties. We are not liable for:
- Service interruptions or data loss
- The accuracy of leaderboard data
- Any direct or indirect loss arising from use of the App
9. Changes and Termination
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App or any feature at any time without notice. We are not liable for any such changes with respect to free features.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Any disputes shall be submitted to the courts of Hong Kong.
11. Updates to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
